OLD Mac:
- Launch ImageFramer.
- Go to the Help menu
- While the menu is open, press and hold the Option (Alt) key. Some menu items will change
- Holding Option key, click on the "Open Database Folder" menu item.
- A folder will open in Finder.
- QUIT ImageFramer
- In Finder, select all the files (Command-A) in that folder, right click and select the "Compress" command from the pop-up menu.
- This should create a file called "Archive.zip"
- Transfer this ZIP file to your new Mac (you can use a USB drive, a cloud solution or mount your new iMac directly through Network).
- You can delete this zip file from the old iMac after you copied it
NEW Mac:
- Launch ImageFramer
- Go to the Help menu
- While the menu is open, press and hold the Option (Alt) key. Some menu items will change
- Holding Option key, click on the "Open Database Folder" menu item.
- A folder will open in Finder.
- QUIT ImageFramer
- Delete all the files in this folder
- Unarchive Archive.zip file (double-click it)
- This should create a new subfolder wherever Archive.zip is, named "Archive"
- Open that folder
- Select and move all the files from that folder into to the "ImageFramer" folder that ImageFramer itself opened and where you deleted similar files
- Launch ImageFramer
- You frames should be now there but the license is still not there, so ImageFramer will show the watermark and "Buy now" link.
